Requirements:
- Each driver has at least 21 years.
- Each driver must hold valid and full driving license at least 1 year.
- Each driver should present valid identification document (ID card, passport, credit card).
The price includes:
- VAT
- unlimited mileage
- insurance „Civil liability” valid for the European Union
- toll – for the territory of the Republic Bulgaria
Rent period:
Minimum rental period 24 hours. Upon returning the car after expiry of the contract without notice, the client will be charged as follows: to 1 hour – free; 1-4 hours – half price for daily rent; more than 4 hours – whole day rent.
Payments:
The payment could be in cash, by bank transfer or credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and BORICA. Pay deposit size required by the car class.
The whole deposit or a part of it could be retained in the following cases:
- Damage underneath the car.
- Any damage on all the tires, audio equipment or accessories.
- Substantial damage on the rented car due to accident.
- Any damage due to accident if there is no protocol by authorities.
- In case of contaminated or burned interior of any reasons.

Delivery / returning of the car:
From our office or indicated by the client address in Sofia, including the Sofia airport:
- Monday - Friday from 09:00 till 19:00 - free
- National holidays, weekend or Monday - Friday from 19:00 till 09:00 - €20
One way rentals:
After preliminary inquiry is possible delivery and returning the car from any point in Bulgaria.

Fuel:
The car is available with full tank. Upon returning the car with missing fuel, the client will pay the missing fuel and tax – 10 €.
Additional equipment (request only)
- Kid chair -free
- Navigation system – It is apply to the day tax
- ( Ski ) Rack – It is apply to the day tax
- Snow chains – It is apply to the day tax
Tax for additional driver:
In case, the addition driver will drive the rented car, the company IVIGO Ltd. must be notified in the beginning of the rental period .The tax for additional driver is from 2 euros but no more than 30 euros for the whole period. Only included in the contract person could drive the rented car.
Technical problems and or road accident
- In case of any technical problems or road accident, the client must report immediately to the telephone number, listed in the contract.
- In case of road accident,the client must call in the police and to get report issued by the authorities.
Notice:
Insurance against is not valid in the following cases:
- In case, if the car is driving after use of alcohol or drugs.
- In case of road accident and upon returning the car the protocol for the road accident by the authorities is not presented.
- Tenant has allowed another person, not listed in the contract to drive the car.
- Car tires are damaged, due to fire or accident.
- The tenant intentionally caused damage to the car or its accessories.
Insurance against robbery is not valid in the following cases:
- The car was left unlocked.
- The car was left with no switch on alarm system.
- The car was left with the documents in it.
In all of the above listed cases the tenant is fully responsible for the damages.
In case of lost car’s documents or keys the tenant due to fine €100 for each.
